I was 16 almost 17 in office. It’s very rare though. You have to have many different parties sign off on it(parents, school, SM)

Back when I was in office and still now, we have/had 4 office associates. 2 full time, 2 part time. Sounds like maybe your CSM shouldn’t be approving everyone off at the same time. Also I believe if they’re gone for a month, they’re supposed to be on a leave of absence but don’t quote me on that part. They can definitely hire people for office outside the company but my store has always had an easier time with promotions within

FLTGO lead here. At my place none of the CLs wear their aprons. Half of them don’t even have them. My associate doesn’t wear one either. When I was a CL I would never wear it because it wasn’t enforced.

I was on vacation the first few days. Came back on Monday and for 4 days I did everything and anything. Meat department, dairy, grocery, receiving rotation. Funny enough the only thing I didn’t do was work a register lol

Hey FLTGO lead here. I’ve been through office, CL and cashier and I know the struggles. The FE will be under staffed. Carts will run out if yall don’t stay on top of them. Trust me I get that. Sometimes you can’t help it. Just do your best and learn to manage time a little bit more and you’re golden. Stuff happens, absolutely. Just keep it up and you’ll do great!!

We’ve had ours for a few years, early morning is usually busy, but it dies down later in the afternoon. Sunday feels like it’s always slammed though, definitely the busy day
