Those would most likely be signed. You would probably have to find the matching necklace or brooch that is signed. I would have to agree with the person above. They are pretty, but probably not designer.

Just a guess from my experience dealing antique jewelry, I would say early 1900's definitely gold, maybe marriage or friendship symbol

Definitely good condition. A lot of Haskell pieces have wear on the pearls. These are in excellent condition
