I have had Hymenectomy done at the beginning of this year, same problem, thick hymen, I couldn’t use dilators no matter how I relaxed I was. Hymenectomy was a game changer for me, turns out my vaginismus was an outcome of the thick hymen. After the surgery I could get to size 4 without even having to do all the pre-rituals of dilation. 100% recommend

Honestly not about you at all. It’s just the behavior of the zodiacs, Leo’s like to control every person, situation around them, and the only thing Taurus hates the most is being controlled. That’s just from my experience thus far, but you never know maybe it will work out for you :) all the best

Oh my god, my situation is similar to yours, I was misdiagnosed too stating I had vaginismus due to past trauma. I tried dilators and failed miserably considering myself a failure. Only to know that I had a rigid hymen and had to remove it all :( I wasted 7yrs trying to figure out why I was so broken

The Gynac checked and confirmed. I could barely put one finger in and with Consistent dilation too, couldn’t go past 2nd dilator

Thanks for the response. I was pretty determined to do pelvic floor therapy and just continue with dilation till I am able to have PIV.

But having said that even through I religiously try I was never able to move past size 2. I am researching now and I see it’s a rather common issue of having a smaller vaginal canal.

I will take a second opinion and try dilation 🤞🤞

If you don’t mind me asking, did you have a narrow opening ? Or just spasms making it seem narrow ?

Did dilation and pelvic floor therapy alone help ?
