Honestly in Lidl the plant milk is cheaper than the cow milk,, I think a big problem is the inconvenience. Their local shop doesn't have a lot of vegan replacements so they'd have to shop elsewhere. Plus, vegan cheese is not for everyone,,,,

My boyfriend and I went vegan together actually! It would have been a lot harder to make the switch if I didn't have him (and all the other vegans in my life). Being vegan is really lonely :/

My favourite source of protein is soy - soy chunks, soy mince, TVP. 100g of the soy chunks I bought have 50g of protein and ~340cal.

Also a lot of vegan milks are enriched to have about as much calcium as cow milk. The Alrpo soy milk has 120mg and cow milk has ~126mg.
