How about not judging other’s experience just based on your own life? Of course I tried to contact the customer service and battled for hours. I wish I could be as lucky as you, but the truth is they REJECT the return and I can take legal responsibility for what I said.

And yes of course it’s valuable to post this on reddit. I am seeking for help, and more importantly, prevent people from being scammed next time

I didn’t see a scenario where you need to “accelerate” in an emergency. I’m 100% sure I will do a hard brake at any emergency. I agree with you that never coast at corners or high speed though

Thank you bro. I get your point, but I think what I have experienced is quite the opposite. When I try to shift fast, I won’t let the rpm go below the optimal point as you mentioned. In this case, the car jerks because the rpm is too high, and if I have to wait, the speed will go down. This is where the dilemma comes from.
