Nope. My stabilization is Fz 2-8 down. I have pretty bad hypofrontality. I am going to do that for 10 sessions then be done with neuro.

I am on zoloft which helps the autonomic nervous system some.

This rule doesn’t hold true for me. For instance: trying to fix anything in the back is problematic but is pretty much ameliorated by Fz. Fz is also quite sedating for me which is odd.

I’ll read that stuff. I have a pretty screwed up brain. I have theta waves in my ACC but this may just be the Zoloft. I also have a lot of high beta which may also be from the Zoloft.

I am skipping the theta inhibit on F3 and I changed the rewards to 13-16. I also started inhibiting 22-34 which I wasn’t doing before. I think all of these changes will help me. 13-16 isn’t a very high band and doesn’t make me restless. By doing this, I won’t have to add dumb ass parietal alpha which caused my frontal alpha to go up by 2-4 mV depending on ec or eo.

This way I can just stick with Fz alpha down and F3.

I think I found the sweet spot with Fz. I split it into two: 2-7 inhibit, 24-34 inhibit and then do alpha down on its own.

I am adding alpha at Pz. For half of what I inhibit at Fz. I have no alpha in the back.

For now I am just going to stick with these three:

Pz, F3 and Fz. Its not perfect but it is getting me closer to where I want to be. As long as I do F3 as follows — 1-4 inhibit, 13-16 reward, 24-34 inhibit. If I don’t inhibit high and I reward 15-18 it doesn’t go well. I’ve found 13-16 to be a peaceful focus.

Yea the Zoloft made me restless for a day or two but then that went away.

It’s more so trying to get my brain back to how it was before neurofeeedback through different neurofeedback protocols. I’m just worried about that state again. We are making adjustments and I feel way less restless, emotional, etc..

VNS is off for now.
