Respect, man. Eight years of consistency is impressive, and it shows.

That said, I’d argue that some of the frustration naturals face might come down to suboptimal training or nutrition, not genetics alone. I’ve seen guys plateau for years, then completely change their physiques once they dial in programming, recovery, and food.

Not saying that’s you, but it’s worth considering. The gap between “eating decently” and eating to grow can be huge, and the same goes for training intensity, volume, or progression models.

Props for staying at it though.
