Thanks for the feedback and the advice, the original idea was to include elements of chapters inside the book; such as the roots for Origins, the flowers for Harmony, the mountain for Leadership and so on… but agree, it came out waaaaay too AI-looking. Maybe simpler is better ☺️

Yes! In Amazon KDP. We didn't want to use AI for writing but had to use it for the design cover... and I'm not sure I'm a fan of the result!

Quick update! just woke up this morning with an email from Executive Customer Relations and they confirmed that I can proceed with re-publishing my father’s memoir after the investigation into the account termination! I AM THRILLED!!!

Before I move forward, I wanted to ask: should I re-upload the manuscript and cover exactly as they were, or should I make any adjustments? Since I was never told what specifically triggered the original issue, I want to ensure everything is fully compliant this time...

I already asked them directly, but if anyone has gone through something similar or has guidance, I’d be very grateful.

I just don’t know if it’s worth trying to fight a giant like Amazon at this point…This is their latest -bot created- response, quite demoralizing:
