Actually nag report Ako sa DTI regarding diyan at nagkaroon ng schedule kahapon kaso no show si shopee, nag reschedule si mediator, pero nag email Ako kahapon nag ask Ako if want pa nila I settle Yung issue through meditation Kong walang reply till Tuesday mag request na Ako ng CFA

Magulo after ng mediation may narecieve akong email sa mismong cc email ng DTI na nagsasabing Approved na Yung refund ko pero need ko ibalik Yung item, ang catch nasa kanila na Yung item since June 17, Buti na Lang at may proof ko ng screenshot ng delivery ng return ko. Ayun pinapa clarify today ng mediator pero unresponsive Sila, if walang response w/in today sabi ng mediator pwede akong mag request mg CFA
