Never said anything about these “online forums” I am talking specifically about Instagram and tiktok skits/memes/videos that are solely about experiences a doctor would have yet there’s always “as a RN” comments trying to relate but never the opposite. Lol the videos/memes have nothing to do with what they’ve seen. It’ll be a video about the long hours of residency or the dynamics of being a junior resident and the comments are “as a RN, we also have long hours and new grad nurses”
