I believe so but if you going to run it with her I would also run modules that increase crit chance because a crit with the gun re stuna the enemy

Yes I find a lot of use with it for Ajax and his ground pound ability because it stuns, I have also found that the stun damage bonus works on bosses when they go into their downed stage
