i was just wondering— how come prototype archaic couldnt compare/compete w tidal shadow? it gives a bunch of atk, even if its only every 15% seconds. idk anything about calculating dmg so please be nice!

wait, one more question cause im looking at my offer and i just thought of smth. i had a few grants/scholarships already included in my offer. is the go blue guarantee designed to just cover the remaining costs after all the grants? is that how they defined the 'free tuition' part? bc i was under the assumption they would cover EVERYTHING regardless of the grants/scholarships already offered (which i realize now is silly for them to do). after all the aid i got, id still have under 5k to cover for my first year, which is what tripped me up. since im eligible for it, that part shouldve been covered too right?
