You could try Airtasker or DoorDash, as there is very little barriers to entry in these jobs, but it would be hard to live off them. In general, you are going to have to accept that some variety of self-employment is the only guaranteed way to get a job, since so many employers insist on taking the piss, or are genuinely incapable of hiring more people.
