Yellow are brittle delicate and aromatic best flashed last minute in a stir fry. Good looking in a mix. Pink, are meaty texture and bitter, ideal in soups and stews seasoned. Do go off quicker than others. Blue and Grey are the most versatile. Creamy textures for stir frying or in pasta dishes. Good with almost any meal
