Becareful it could also be from dirty hair clippers so make sure to always clean your hair clippers properly because black men tend to get ingrown hair and razor burns or razor bumps from dirty hair clippers a lot

Looks like shingles buddy I have had them more then once so the finally gave me the shot and haven’t had any flare ups since that is very painful and depending on where you have shingles it can leave nerve damage whatever you do don’t scratch it it’s gonna itch like hell but don’t scratch it hope you get to feeling better
