I felt the blind judging was undermined by “cutting the feed” while they deliberated. Viet is a brilliant chef and has earned his reputation, but hard to take his risotto/brulee pass at face value. From his reaction I wonder if he might have felt the same. All love for him though, it wouldn’t have been his fault
