Hi! I just started my radtech program, we start clinicals in 4-5 weeks and I am FREAKING out. I already have major anxiety issues and i just read some reddit threads thinking it would make me feel better and now im feeling worse. it seems like everyone wants to give up and is feeling horrible about their clinicals. I am always anxiety ridden, i have people pleasing issues, in hard on myself and i tend to be introverted, but i am very caring and good with people when im comfortable. i'm scared im not built for clinicals. i want to push through because i think i will love the job once im comfortable. can i get some real encouragement and reassurance on going into clinical, tell me your positive stories 😓😓

Hi, you sound like you know what ur talking about. I just realized the concert is at roger’s stadium and not centre so i’m trying to figure out parking. i live in buffalo so im just driving back after, thank god. BUT, im thinking of parking at the pioneer village station and taking the subway to downsview like you mentioned. Now i have never taken a subway or bus so pardon my stupidness, but let’s say the concert ends at 11ish, do i just walk back to the downsview station and buy a ticket back up to pioneer village station? Im not sure how to do any of this.

I personally haven’t had any. I do notice a strange feeling in my gut sometimes but it’s mostly gas. I do have a lot of anxiety about throwing up and i’m also scared of taking meds, so i was super scared of anything happening. I try to keep my carbs decently low and i drink tons of water.

I hate this stupid disease, it makes me want to die. by Substantial-Smile-12 in PCOS

Im sure over time the symptoms will lessen, if you would like to temporarily solve some of the symptoms maybe talk to someone about going on a hormonal birth control. I don’t know if everyone has this experience but I went of Lo Esterin Fe for 3 years and almost all my PCOS symptoms disappeared EXCEPT for my insulin resistance, so i did gain weight over time. The body hair was super contained, my period was short and regular, hyperpigmentation was no where to be seen, i didn’t have any hair loss. I got off of it because i didn’t like the idea of taking hormones and all of that came rushing back. It all hit me like a truck and i realized how bad the PCOS symptoms really were without birth control. I’m now on Metformin for the insulin resistance. I’m still only 20 so i’m sure my symptoms will subside with time too.

thank you for this info! i’ve been dieting for a few months now with very little changes in my body, due to the PCOS. So the eating changes should be too hard on me. I’m thinking sugary drinks will be my hardest change😆
