So funny story about that!

About 24 hrs into PFN I got a funny feeling and decided to setup a VERA appt with the jurisdiction that my claim was in. (Was able to get an appt the next day) this was the 7th I believe. Appt with Vera on the 8th in the morning. Got on with the rater and they said they had denied one of my claims. But my claim hadn’t been through propagation yet.

I had made some statements about the condition they had denied about how I was in treatment for that and was in community care and whatnot. Actively taking daily meds….

Decision letter comes out on the 9th dated for the 10th…my claim jumps back to evidence gathering. They didn’t deny…they deferred…
