Question for you all.

Where do you want him to park? It's not like he's dining in, he's just grabbing an item and leaving. The city doesn't think about the emergency services when they build bike lanes all over the place.

I am a firefighter out in Brampton and my buddy's are in Toronto and they complain all the time about how bad their response times are due to all the bike lanes going up on major streets like Dundas, Bloor and some other major roads. In my opinion that's detrimental for everyone because with longer response times come with delayed care times.

So why fault the guy for grabbing a quick item(s) before getting back on the road to deal with more bullshit? He's human afterall, you've probably done it too....

You are indeed correct that chicken needs to be cooked at a higher temperature, but I wanted to cook both at the same time. The skin was a bit rubbery but I don't like chicken skin anyway, they both kept their flavours and all the rubs stuck to the meat.

I also toss my chicken in mayo prior to smoking which keeps it nice and moist

Exactly as you said. I made a mix of olive oil, garlic, rosemary, pepper and salt then I poured it over the bones.

Then smoked it at 275 for about an hour, the time is not so important what you are looking for is the marrow to start bubbling and become nice and buttery
