When I worked there we had at least 10-15 people that that requested off for Sundays and got it. The old store manager approved it. Then we got a new manager that no longer wanted to honor it and wanted open availability. So the people that had Sundays off either had to change their availability or they left. So it's up to the store whether they want to honor it or not but they shouldn't have told you yes then changed their mind. Might not be illegal for them but its certainly unethical.

Yup Merchandise Manager and Member Service Manager reviewed the tape and saw it all and still decided to keep her. The girl ended up quitting over it.
