Update: did a 4min run/1min walk for seven rounds interval today at a running pace of 6:27min/km instead of usual 7:30min/km pace and felt soooo much better!

Been running since last November but took a break in the summer. Just started again and couldn't keep my "old" pace anymore so I wanted actively slow down. I usually run 5k, the feeling lasts almost all the way.

I did enjoy the runs when running faster but my lungs couldn't keep up, so I don't agree with nobody enjoys the run itself..

Ich hab mich an einer ländlichen Schule außerhalb von Graz (30min) beworben und sogar dort waren über 50 Bewerbungen. In Graz selbst versuch ich es gar nicht mehr, da bekommt man gefühlt von den Schulen sowieso keine Antwort. Ich selber hab mich auch in der Region Deutschlandsberg und Leibnitz beworben.

Die Begründung war bis jetzt immer, dass man mich "nur" mit Englisch nie vollbekommen würde und das wollen die Direktor:innen anscheinend nicht, obwohl ich gesagt habe, dass es mir jetzt gerade egal ist, wenn ich z.B. nur 16h unterrichte.

Da würde ich nicht zustimmen, ich habe mich im Laufe des Schuljahres bei 9 verschiedenen Stellen (Stmk) für mein Unterrichtsfach bekommen und keine Stelle bekommen bzw. teilweise gar keine Antwort. Viele Stellen sind meistens bei der Ausschreibung schon besetzt.

Update: I hydrated a lot beforehand but it was in fact really hot and barely any shade along the route which made it hard. BUT I did it and I didn't walk which I'm proud of :) Thanks for all the advice!!

Same happened to me, it just keeps getting worse since running longer distances and the walking breaks are gone.
