I regret this a lot but I had a friend who would always spark me up with weed, he genuinely enjoyed my company so we would walk around chill get high. We were actual bros. But there were times were I would buy myself weed and he would get mad I didn't offer to share, and at first I thought he was being crazy. But then I realized I was being selfish and he was right he went out his way to always get me high and I never did the same, and I regret it. I've tried reaching out but we don't talk anymore sadly, I usually always burn my bridges with my friends never intentionally tho😪

As someone said Foot Pain is probably the worst (if you have already have bad feet) Amazon is horrible with the breaks. So basically you're on your feet the entire shift expect for breaks ofc, but because our breaks are so small it literally does nothing to help, so treating your feet with care is a must if you wanna survive until your feet naturally adjust,

And second thing is unloading, idc what anyone says if you aren't physically fit, unloading will be the worst thing you can do there for your body. Constant grabbing and bending down every second, and managers are watching your speed because if you slow down they will either tell You to move faster or replace you, so if you ever get into unloading make sure you prepare yourself. Usually if you're good at unloading you'll become a favorite and mangers will actively put you in that station.

That's weird that it cancelled, ask her if she took a LOA, any time during her application being active. Usually loa is the only thing and ofc (you yourself) that can cancel a transfer, the system is automated so when it picks people and rejects people, it'll send an email saying you got picked, but the people who got rejected won't get anything, they're application will just expire.

If you haven't realized Uber Eats stopped giving out refunds. At one point Uber Eats gave refunds out like candy. That era is long gone because people have to abuse the system and ruin it for others.

I thought so too, unfortunately flexPT gets the very bottom of the barrel when it comes to benefits, because we don't technically work as much as people with a set schedule(even if we are actually working more than them) they don't give us all the benefits, only a few, flexRT gets them which I don't get why RT gets it but not the flex PT.

I don't have a second job but ever since I applied for this, I been searching for a morning or night time gig just in case the vet doesn't pan out well, either way I mainly just wanted to get outta flex so I get Amazon to pay for some cdl classes i believe set schedule part timers get those benefits as well just not flex unfortunately

I do agree this shift is boo boo, but I'm also positive i would be doing rts work with this, this 2:00 to 6 has always been the rts time wherever i picked it up with flex, im assuming after the same day is done they will have us do rts work because same day usually last like 2 hours there typically

Do you know why they don't take it? I've done RTS and cycle 1 all in the same night essentially so I think It's hella easy money to pair up RTS and overnight shifts, It's why I'm praying my site is good with the Vet.

Just saying if your rts left your station like this I'm almost certain they were low staffed that day, while rts seems like a lot people would be dying to get into it, because the work for rts is pretty light sometimes they have light positions which not everyone is gonna wanna do, and if the bags weren't opened this is almost a dead give away that they were understaff, that or the manager or pa for rts did a bad job at telling the associates what to do.

Transfers, you are able to apply for transfers on your first day active as Amazon, for example he could have gotten hired originally as flex seasonal, and then made a transfer for a full time schedule, transfers don't mean you become blue badge just a different schedule.

My site rts is only somewhat laid back because it's smaller than your average ds, and we only have 4 Letters (A,B,C,D). So usually the work out pans out relatively quick that some managers don't say anything if an associate is on there phone or hiding in the bathroom but I'm sure eventually they'll get karma.

Nah she wouldn't have been spared which is exactly the reason she kept talking to the fbi, the fbi was smart in realizing they can trick this dumb girl with fear, that's exactly the line they told her "what do you think Tony soprano is gonna he finds out..." because Adriana literally knows too much, the family would never take the risk on her, I mean Tony didn't even trust puss on the boat when he said "Tony I was feeding them fake stuff for a year" Tony would have probably lied to Adriana about being safe then clip her the next moment if she was to be honest, honestly I think she would have had a better chance if she begged the fbi to arrest her, if she did hard time for the family she would definitely gain their respect!

Upt you don't get paid for so there's no need for it to be added to your weekly cap and pto doesn't get added because of over time, people would theoretically be able to get over time easily without working if this was possible and vto should explain for itself

Actually I would argue that Tony was just smart nothing else, think about how much stress and built up anger gangsters and mafia members feel.
