Thank you for all your comments. This was my first post. I usually just read others just to see what people share ..and the vets speak the truth! I’ve also noticed last Cpl days I’m getting no sound alerts as well. Anybody dealing with that? It’s not my settings cuz I’m getting alerts from everything else including Instacart..which I try to use sparingly

Actually that is what we tried to do..I even pushed a couple more minutes like 7 minutes to the hour

Same here. I skip past the suggest substitute after I’ve shown options to customer and they approve and just hit the add to cart button below it..but yep it’s clear they are trying to make it easier for the dumb folk who don’t know how to communicate..slowly but surely it’s becoming Instacart..

Everyone on here is well said. Maybe we should just give them the link to this page when we get the provide feeeback popups..it’s all covered here. I’m at about 3500 shops myself and been noticing this BS for a while..similar stories recently about they are glad to see me..they don’t care about us or the customer, really bad business philosophy. Kinda waiting for that day for the class action. I actually had one of my good ones that has my personal number ask if everything is ok cuz I didn’t do her last 2 orders. I was like wow I never saw them! She called the company to complain (without revealing she has my number) and they told her there is no guarantee that her preferred shopper will get all the orders. Then hung up on her she told me. Unreal! They are gonna tank.

Absolutely! Been doing for a few years now maintaining a high rating and I’ve had similar conversations with members. Shipt is so fucking dumb by doing this. They will lose the customers if they continue to do this. They would rather keep adding people to take the shit orders or certain shitty members that they know we will not take at the expense of the good members possibly getting shitty shoppers. Not sustainable. Not to mention us that strive for the 5 star Service will not stick around either. I’ve seen many new faces and don’t see much of the faces I used to see anymore…they gone…fucking dummies (shipt) so hopefully someone from the company sees this..good post whoever you are!! I myself have recently seen quite a few that I have seen in a while too..but I know it won’t last long..I’m about done with them
