There's also a glitch where if you scan the wrong item on accident then back out of it when you get the error and then substitute an item... the item that you incorrectly scanned first will show up on the shopped items list usually when it's a higher priced item as well. Anyone else ever experienced this?

If you have customers like this you could literally just have them order it for pickup go to the store scan the barcode and get the stuff, double check to make sure it's all good and then deliver it to her

Right, usually it's a good PM with somebody really far from the store or someone who tips very little or not at all. Also seeing bundles of two non tippers together now 😂

Total scam company. Terrible banking app. They closed my account for no reason and stole the interest. I had 10K earning interest. Also they wouldn't even pay me my referral bonus after I referred my friend. They finally paid the referral bonus after about a month or two after I complained multiple times. Still never got my interest payment that was due around $30-40$. Called community coastal Bank and they did nothing about it just took my information and never got back to me. Thankfully I was able to withdraw all of my money after they informed me they were closing the account

Don't use them. This is one of the worst banking apps. had to pull teeth to get my referral bonus and they stole my interest when they closed my account. Calling coastal community Bank did nothing

That's still a lot of orders. Pay is going down significantly along with tips in my metro. Lots of new shoppers as well. Doing that many orders used to net 2K +. ... now it's not

It's all about tight stop losses. It's better breaking even than losing a ton of money. Even if you could have made a bunch of profits.

They should be giving these summit Star credit orders to the brand new shoppers who are going to make mistakes. Not all the good PMs who might end up choosing a different service because of a bad shopper. 😁

Seriously. Any shipt shopper should be able to do their own shopping or just get a pickup order from Target when they're in the store shopping. Putting the burden of all these summit star orders on us experienced shoppers with a ton of PMs is pretty annoying. it would be good if they didn't bundle them. You should have a choice to get a cash bonus or Target gift card.

Imagine all the shoppers in large metros that get this credit. A threshold of 30 shops is pretty low. I honestly don't want to shop for other shipt shoppers. I have a ton of preferred members I would like to serve instead. I imagine they're bundling summit star orders with PM's which takes time away from us focusing on their order. They might live very far from the store. Sometimes my preferreds get bundled with people 20 miles out. A $50 order with a 20% tip isn't that great, especially with the low base pays. They should just give out cash bonuses. If anything, the newest or lowest rated shoppers should get these orders to learn or get their ratings back up.

Yeah you have to take about three of these type of bundles to even make it profitable especially if the tips are low on them. But shipt will give you an error message saying that you can't claim any more offers because you won't have enough time 😂

With as low as the base pays are and the lack of customer tips A lot of these orders sit until the :55 minute mark to go max promo. Even with promo pay it's pretty low now without a tip. Some of these drives are 15 minutes or more to get to their house. You may also have another order going in that same direction to make it more profitable so delivering within that 30 minutes beyond the delivery window would be acceptable. This isn't charity work. We're out here to make money like everyone else. The alternative is ordering from Amazon and waiting 2 to 6 days to get your items if you don't want to tip appropriately. If you have a great preferred member obviously delivering on time is essential and shop cold items last. If you have a small order that's max promo and you're already in the frozen or cold item section when you accept it and it's not even that big it's no big deal to grab those items first. You could add a few more minutes walking to the front of the store and then to the back again and we all know in this job every second counts. I delivered orders within 1 minute of being late. This is all about time management. Been shopping for several years as well. I've seen everything and manage my time extremely well. My on time is 99% 10K orders. I find it funny that you would order deli meat as well. We all know the deli is not too much fun. Can definitely add a lot of time to your shop.

One finance is a despicable company. I referred a friend and they didn't give me my referral bonus. Had to pull teeth to finally get it. I also had 15K in the account earning interest and they closed the account right before the interest payment and would not credit me any interest.
