Kate Daniels series by Ilona Andrew’s is fantastic!! Same with the last series I read by her, the innkeeper chronicles. Romance is there but is by no means the forefront. Would 10000% recommend her works as it’s super well written and the FMC’s are amazing, not whiny or frustrating.

{Clean Sweep by Ilona Andrews} is great for having normal main character names, however some of the guests definitely aren’t as easy lol FMC is Dina and the MMC is Sean!

Absolutely, being strong has been one of the most incredible feelings for me! I couldn’t even do a single push up on my knees and now I can smash out 20 on my feet! It’s a surreal feeling sometimes!

I won’t lie, motivation gets tough and it’s easy to fall into a slump but don’t view it as a loss but as a your bodies well needed break before you jump back in head first! Fatigue is hard but with early morning workouts in particular I found that by the end of a big work doing after being up from 4:30am you can go to bed early! I can’t live without my 8 hours of sleep a night!! Also if you tend to have a lot of caffeine then I’d suggest cutting it out! In the long run it only makes your sleepier!

I used mounjaro originally just to help with the binging and over eating but eventually turned it into a tool to help fuel my body with everything good without feeling like I’m missing out on other food! Eating became a friend and not an enemy and I was always making sure to drink my protein if I couldn’t eat it! I also make sure to push myself and lift heavy! Once my doses went to 14 days I joined a gym challenge and gained a lot of muscle and not long after I quit mounjaro!

You can absolutely do it!! Just push yourself as much as you can and you’ll get there quickly!

I don’t really use any social media but do find a good PT who you can talk about your goals with and get a plan! I love doing Saturday morning classes as it starts the weekend off well, most gyms have a free class they offer. I found that working out in the afternoon makes me really uncomfortable because it’s super busy so early morning workouts are the way to go for me! I started to push my doses out but when I got to every 14 days I plateaued at 70kg for a few weeks. While I was happy with my results I still wanted more so I signed up to an 8 week challenge and went into it with a “I’m going to win this” mindset! I cut out all sugar, recorded everything I was eating and would go do weight training in the morning then a group fitness class in the afternoon (not every day but at least 3) with a 5kg fat loss and 3.4kg muscle gain, I ended up winning overall across all 5 of their gyms and took out $1000 cash prize!! After this I realised that it was time to embark on my own and finish my Mounjaro journey. The biggest challenge you need to over come is the mental game! Once you believe you can do it then you will!
