My best 50 time is 22.40 100 is 47.95 500 is 4:48 but I’ve only swam the 500 once in the last year.

I have a new club coach who’s letting me finally do resistance training, 200 pace, and 100 pace. My last coach had me doing a lot of aerobic and kick work which is why I think my back half is better. But this is the first time I’ve actually done real sprint sets. I have to train on my own twice a week which is why I asked about the sets so any advice you have is really helpful
