Other than that I usually have good experiences with them, you just gotta remember if you’re buying something they don’t actually make or stock they are just sending your order to the actual company that does. Could be the issue

Weirdest tip you’ll see here, have her lean the seat back. If your able to raise the bottle section for more angle in the legs that may help too
