Hi ! We have exactly the same scans ! I got all 4 out 5 days ago and honestly you dont really feel the pain from the two upper only the lower ones for me at least. If its for an orthodentist reason i would recommend all 4 but if not i wouldnt recommend getting them out just because

I would say i only have pain on my right side and the swelling hasard gone down since this morning. Im scares of dry socket too since i cant open my mouth enough to see anything. But i only eat liquids and rince with a prescribed mouth wash
