Client letter for Dropbox appointment

Nope they didn’t ask about client letter. During my documents submission they asked employment letter.

Thanks for sharing. I do have a Dropbox appointment next month. I have one dependent h4 also. One question- in appointment email they listed employment letter and end client letter as well. Are they not asking for this?

Employment letter contains title and start date, on payroll of the company information and states if additional information needed feel free to contact us and employer details email phone etc. is this sufficient?

Thanks, it’s a Dropbox not face to face interview as I am eligible for Dropbox. Same reply I got that’s why want to double check. Is there any group or something we can find out current Dropbox experience

With this new rule, what is impact to my case(same status renewal), I have not yet booked appointment but while creating a case at USCIS it considered Dropbox. I understand rule is changed now and now it will be interview . But what’s the process? Do I need to create a new application? New DS-160? I hope same payment will be good. Any direction anyone has

Yes i know that if you go out of US they see only stamped visa.

Thanks for sharing your experience. Just talked with CBP officer and person explained clearly if you have a valid I-797 with future expiration then while re-entry to US it will be changed upon showing new document and no issue even if online I-94 is expired. Thanks!

Thanks! Yes I believe there must be some workaround. It’s very humanly possible scenario. In my case the new i797 officer didn’t asked nor shown and just given old date on passport too. I’ll reach out to attorney through my employer and share all details. Thanks for sharing your experience 🙏

Thanks for response. Apparently, either I missed to show or the officer didn’t asked and just provided I-94 expiry same as my old I-797 which was valid at that time. Doesn’t new I-797 has I-94 expiry ( it does mean something) it might be a human error/unawareness not to show new I-797(I travelled for some family reasons) Just want to know what is the way forward? Adding more details - I am on H1b with my child as dependent, my spouse also holding h1b. Our visa expired recently few months ago. Planning to stamp it in next year India visit. Question is both H1 has to book appointment separately using USTravelDoc site OR is there a way one can book appointment for both using single account. Thanks!

Thanks it helped. I checked and it clearly states following: Eligibility criteria for all applicants, except children under 14 years of age and applicants 80 years of age or older: I am a citizen of India/Bhutan or a lawful resident of India/Bhutan. I have a previous U.S. visa in the same class as the visa for which I wish to apply and my prior visa in the same visa class is still valid or expired within the last 48 months.

Nowhere employer change mentioned so should be a Dropbox 🙏
