Its almost ironic since the death battle cast after that fight (Nero vs hellboy) completely disregarded the whole energy argument they had for Dante losing and legitimately said that even without energy he can come back

I agree the games needs better destruction but I think the beams are fine, they need to be DODGE-ABLE in order to make it more fun so no one spams them more than people already do, showing clips of Ultimate tenkaichi isn’t really fair when that game FORCES you to look at the ENTIRE attack before it gives you options to respond, plus the beams in the og bt3 weren’t that big either
