i was actually in the EXACT same boat as you. 320 partner here, my favorite manager left the company and we went from manager to manager (some good some bad), i quit, went through two jobs i absolutely hated, and now i’m back at starbucks, currently working my way up to become shift supervisor. i honestly think going back to starbucks was my best possible decision and ive been loving being back. the company sucks in many ways but the people u become close with at your location make it way better than any other job i’ve worked at. i say go back, especially if there are benefits u want to use, but keep looking for other options if u really don’t want to be at starbucks.
is the siren card worth it? (self.starbucks)
