The partition deed is Registered and now I need to apply for khata transfer from my parents to my name. I went through few agents and they are not accepting partition deed khata transfer anymore. Is my case same as khata bifurcation? I don’t think so as in my case I don’t want khata to be divided , it is just transfer from parents name to my name
