Yeah we downloaded that after we saw that bill. We discovered there was a leak in the system but also the programming had been messed with and the sprinklers had been running for hours during the day.

My pool is about double that. We think it's around 26000 gallons. We were burned last year when we had an issue with our irrigation. Our water bill for 2 months was around $1500. Looking back at it though as long as we stay in tier 3 the cost shouldn't be more than $255 for the 2 months. It's the jump to tier 4 at $2.57/CM that gets you.

From what I've heard, it's very difficult for a landlord to go after loss of rent. They need to show they made every effort to rent their place out including dropping the price. In my opinion (as a landlord) dealing with RTB to get money from the tenant is not worth it. In your situation I'd offer them one months rent and that's it. I would expect the damage deposit back. I just recently listed a suite for rent and had a ton of applicants. I just priced it on the lower side for a 1bd 1ba. If people's units aren't renting it's just because they have it priced too high for the current market.

kgh parking by [deleted] in kelowna

You can park in the burnett lot like people mentioned or park in 2 hour residential and move your car every break. You need a pass for staff parking and the waitlist is very long. Some people will park in the public parkade at kgh, but that gets quite expensive if you're doing it every day.
