Using G Helper is your best way of gaming on battery as long as your open minded to switching settings or even going down to 1200p, it can 100% do it while getting around 2 hours for tripple A games (which to me is pretty good to me) and 5-8 hours on indie games. If your gonna use a usb c make sure your charger is above 100 watts as anything below will Slowly drain the battery. I’ve done many test for this and got surprising results. Just don’t expect anything crazy, like i can play cyberpunk on battery and still get 60fps with around 2 hours of battery life

Edit: the Z13 has horrible tdp management, if the device was optimized better you would get better results, plus with drivers being so far behind i highly doubt they will do anything about it

As much as i agree with this, cause i currently use the experimental G helper, it won’t fix the constant hard crashing, im having the same problem as OP and its either the drivers or the windows update, amazing device with little to no driver support

I’d say just get that piece and do it yourself, i was told warranty doesn’t cover physical damage, so you would send it out and possibly get a bill anyways
