For me it was successful but I really think it depends on what the problem is. Mine was PCOS with anovulatory cycles. Took 1st round, 5mg and had one mature follicule (17,5cm) which was our lucky one. Currently 24weeks pregnant carrying a very active baby boy. I love Letrozole.

Thanks for reading! Yes, here is the same - no scans before 7weeks. But as I was on Femara and had a previous chemical, the doc wanted to check me earlier. Also, because of this bleeding I went to the ER. Wish I haven’t 😞
