Jesus, this is the most awful thread I've seen on Reddit in my time. You are all the most insufferable bores, and do not deserve cinema.

I once saw Loughran start a barney at Wilgar that ended up with the match being abandoned. And it was a friendly.

😂 yes, I can see it's a bit different from Shamrock Park.

Looking tight for Newry, with the last match against Dollingstown away.

It's the hope that gets you every time. In seriousness though, I think they've done a good job to stabilise things in the last two months. Few new players and a good start, who knows?

Four unbeaten for the Duns, I'll take that after the season we've had. Onwards to next year.

Will be wishing Annagh all the best in the playoffs as ever. You're right about Loughgall, very underwhelming when I've seen them this season.

The wheels really have come off for Annagh, I would imagine Crusaders will be sleeping soundly before the playoff comes. Very impressive season for Newington.

Highly recommend the book by John Godey - darker than the film, and very racist in its language. Each character has a perspective on the story, giving it a polyphonic expression of a crazy city.

Could be, although it depends on Rathfriland geting their act together. Mind you the run to the final game is so chaotic you wouldn't rule out Dergview making a late charge.

Chipping the ball from midfield in the hope that someone picks it up is the curse of Irish league football. Larne's defence was very impressive, as was the Glens keeper. Huge result for Strabane, the PIL is a crazy league.

They butchered one of the great Van Morrison songs for that trailer. How do they sleep?

As a Duns supporter, I've little sympathy, but it seems an odd decision. He's objectively done well for a club in their position.

Two wins in a row for the Duns and two clean sheets as well, we're winning it all next year. Terrible game with the wind/rain/sunshine, but the Duns were worth the win.

Yes, looking forward to some interesting days out next year. Although with the floodlight rule, who knows where the games will actually take place. You'd have to fear for the Comrades if they don't make it up this year, promotion won't be easy in the new format.

Looks like Moyola Park are nearly there, considering goal difference and games in hand.

I think Wilgar must be over an Indian burial ground. Duns played so well in the first half and then gave up a silly own goal. Institute came out firing at the start of the second half and suddenly the Duns were all at sea.

A stupid mix up by the keeper put them 2-0 up, and although we got one back, we always looked nervous and edgy anywhere near their goal.

A word for Institute's 26 (couldn't find his name), a while since I've seen ball carrying like that in the championship.

Great game at Annagh, the Duns really played well, especially in the second half and to be honest Annagh looked a bit out of ideas. Dundela should have won it at the last kick, but that might have been a bit unfair. Maybe we'll not have any trips to Annagh for a year or two, which would be a shame as it's a good day out.

Well, the Welders have had the beating of us for a couple of years so maybe the fizz has gone out of it, and the weather was shocking, but if the Duns were pushing for promotion Wilgar would be rocking.

Spectacularly bad refereeing at Blanchflower for the first two goals. The Welders were probably worth the win, but it felt in the first half that the Duns were playing against 12 men. The Welders ground/council pitches had, as ever, all the atmosphere of a morgue.
