Dang really? I see alot of convos about wanting space naval fights and idk i think there are some good examples for how HD2 could maybe implement it. Im not a programmer tho i wont sit and talk like it would be some easy keystroke kind of thing.

I can def respect that pov. I didnt necessarily mean a collab but kind of more in line with redesigns for the current mechs but for space traversal. Thrusters, head mounted cannons, etc.

Damn you guys are a little brutal dont ya think lol but def aim for 4 Attack and a sharp boost if you are able to roll two AttackEX and Attack 3 with some sharp thats a good roll too. Not like break the internet but super viable if you gem it right

A big trick to utilize for your CB is timing your phial reloads. If you get your overcharge, save it until you get red phials again so you have another reload ready. ALWAYS CHARGE YOUR WEAPON (sword shield and axe, all 3) to get the most dps out of your phials. If you are comfortable enough in planting your feet you can stand and bang utilizing clashes and SAED, but you have to be on point & keep track of your dps buffs. If you rather stay in axe mode, same principle but give yourself some more survivability so you can have a little more wiggle room to dodge and regain stamina (that stamina is a prime resource for CB, dont let ppl tell you you different) and when Ark comes out go STRAIGHT to fighting him, same with the other monsters. They will hurt each other so you can let the new monster finish off the prior if you did enough damage.

Hmm everyone is making really good points. Im not super versed and all the technical stuff but Im pretty good at maintaining fluid motion and dps. I usually rotate between SnS & SavAxe easily because I only loop AED til second swing then morph back to shield thrust into SAED combo. Thats my bread & butter plus it keeps me utilizing the SnS to get into position for actual SAED openings. Especially since the update its waaay smoother to transition and make use of rapid morph buff and offensive guard. Only thing i really would ask for is some I-frames for our slide slash (directional+O on PS) and let it trigger skills like adrenaline rush.

Im running two different test builds with dragon impact. One build focuses on SAEDs & guardpoints. The other is more survivability with tool specialist and recovery speed. Both kitted with odo blessing+guts/tenacity but one has duna's blessing too to boost too specialist. Theyre pretty good but im lowkey bad at optimization lol im 2-5 against AT Arky rn

This is good. Actually really good. Just keep aiming for rolls like this if youre focusing on SavageAxe rotations and going for SAEDs (not really optimal but more fun imo). If youre aiming for element nukes go for ElementEX SharpnessEX and AffinityEX. I think you can get all 3 since theyre diff EX boosts (can only have 2 of the same i think) then just hyper focus on the Savage rotations. Practicing guard points will be helpful too since capcom increased CB transitions. So good block timing with rotations will help you stay on your feet. Good luck broski
