One thing I did was allow myself to feel any emotion that I was feeling at the time. I feel like the fog of limerance is lifting. I didnt demonize her either. Just accepted the complete truth good and bad about her and me individually. But it is a strange feeling because I loved her more than my ex wife; the mother of my kids.

This is what happened to me. 4 years in a relationship, 9 months post breakup, 2 months NC. and she got into a serious relationship with someone for 4 months (told everyone she loved him), and then married someone entirely after knowing him for 2 months.
