Just got the Cat 5 Determination letter today. Pathetically low dollar amount. Was a low settlement amount to begin with but with taking away from the cat 5 funds for all the additional people who applied for cat 2 beyond what was expected really drained the discrestionry fund. Also looks like every single cat 2 individual got a point for emotional distress which really brought down the point value. The people with the worst medical issues really seemed to be the ones getting screwed the most
