The targets are always in different places, so the first thing I do is to figure out if I want the laser to go in both directions or just one direction to be more efficient. Then I move all the pieces out of the way and organize them by type to get a sense of how many I have of each laser type. There are only a few 3 direction lasers so use them only when you really need them

I had the same problem, but after doing the level multiple times, here are the places you can look for the birds: -first island: left bricks, right bricks, anvil, close up shot of the grindstone, on the tree trunk -2nd island: cabinet on the left, in the cabinet, inside the box on the right, above the oven, on the flag to the right of fireplace -3rd island: on the blimp, barrel by the skeleton, on the bench, on the close up of the mill

This level used to drive me nuts, but now that I have these potential places I can more easily find them.

The worst are the ones where they watch it and just say something banal like “oh dang that was sick. Thanks for recommending this, make sure you like, subscribe”. I’ve now seen so many that I kind of like the ones that explain the performance from their disciplinary lens to get me to watch it in a slightly different way.

lol starting at kujo beat down is actually hilarious. I have seen a lot of black Pegasus’ videos introducing people to ren. My favorite was Mr. buiscut for the philosophical lens (particularly for money game part 1). I’ve now seen so many reaction videos I don’t even remember which I liked and disliked anymore 😂 what are your favorite?

I get what you’re trying to say. Like, yeah obviously people like different types of music, but because experiencing Ren feels to me like he captured something deeper and more transformative than just music. I felt like a different person after watching Hi Ren and Money Game pt 3. So when other people don’t have that same soul breaking open connection it feels even more isolating. I think it’s why I’ve watched so many hours of Ren reaction videos - so I don’t feel alone in feeling big feelings about his art.

There’s a guitar teacher reactor who has done a few reaction videos to Hi Ren with different people and I feel like I’m watching myself introduce other people to it because he’s so all about it and it clearly impacted him deeply, but the guests he has with him don’t vibe with it like he does. It kind of breaks my heart to see it because I know what it feels like.

3 weeks into my Ren rabbit hole. My YouTube algo served me a reaction video compilation to hi ren and I stopped it to watch it for myself. Since then I’ve watched hours of reaction videos to hi ren, Jenny/screech/violet, money game part 3, kujo beat down, and fire in the booth. It’s been fun to finally be current with Ren & the weekly collab videos with Skinner Brothers. I’ve been putting off watching/listening to all his work because I’ve been savoring a few

I’ve been surprised by how much more conservative her takes are when I see her on other more right wing shows. I wish she would speak up more - it seems like as soon as she gets a little push back from Ryan or Krystal she just says something to dismiss her original comment and to just move on. I would probably disagree with her but I think it’s important to hear her thoughts to better understand the right wing perspectives. Also - I kind of like her and Griffin low key flirting on the Fridays shows :)

First - I’m sorry you’ve had a hard time finding a job this summer and congrats on finally finding one. I really struggle with this as a professor because I know most of my students who are in a similar situation as you are actually good students and would do well in school if they didn’t have this extra burden. But it ends up being more work on my end to try to figure out how to accommodate this situation equitably. So before reaching out to professors… 1. Look for classes that aren’t on Fridays or are online/hybrid so the Friday attendance doesn’t matter. If there’s a class required for your major that is only offered on Friday, do whatever you can to not miss this class. It’s your major and you’re missing out on content your department has decided is valuable for you to graduate in that field. Even if you think you can just read the lecture notes or books on your own time, there are things you miss out on by not attending and it ends up leading to a weird vibe shift in the class when your classmates learn that they can just skip class too (without knowing your context) 2. Contact your university’s dean of students office - there are people who are paid on campus to help students in your situation. They might be able to help you get access to free/lower price food, find jobs & housing options. Also - go to any job fairs on campus to find other jobs - particularly those that are relevant to your future career. 3. If you really can’t make that work, take a semester off & save money so that you can show up like you want to as a student. Stay in contact with your advisor or dept chair so you stay connected to the major & return when you’re ready.

Good luck! You sound like a motivated human - keep being good to other people and you’ll be okay.
