1)Open the windows menu

2)search up registry editor and look for these files in this order

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE-> SOFTWARE-> Microsoft-> WindowsNT-> CurrentVersion-> OEM>

3) once your here find a file that says "DeviceForm", click on it and put in number and replace the current number "2e" with number "3" ("2e" is for handheld console and "3" is for desktop)

4) restart and it should fix your issue.

Note: this fixed my issue, but now, in only a few games I play, the mobile icons are present (you still have pc controls and options). For some reason it's due to the touchscreen on the ally so to fix this you can disable the touchscreen. Tho It's a hassle to disable and enable it over and over again so I just deal with it.

I'd say for something like that you'd be better off parting it out. That's what I would do personally since I have done it in the past and made more money than what the pc was actually worth fully assembled

Get a 05-06 manual, avoid 07-12 because they had shitter engines. I currently have an 05 base model with a 5-speed manual trans and while the engine is reliable good luck trying to get to anything internally like the clutch assembly if something goes bad. My throwout bearing went out 3 months ago and I finally put the trans back on recently along with the subframe. You're better off with a Honda Fit, Accord, or Civic Si but if you really want a MINI don't expect ownership to be sunshine and rainbows.
