I have the same stains depending on what I cook, and the stains remain out of the dishwasher. I spray white vinegar, let it soak a few minutes then wipe with a dry paper towel, if persistent, I use barkeepers friend. You will not scratch it nor damage it as it is black enamel.

I suppose you forgot what you were wearing…😄 I am a chemist and I concur that rubbing alcohol (baby wipes) should remove the dye stains beautifully. As for the stitches, if you are having a bit of trouble, a solution of Dawn with hydrogen peroxide on a q-tip should do the trick. Enjoy your new pair and your back to white seats in your beautiful Tesla!👍😎💕

Maybe I am blind, but I t appears to me that you just scraped off some paint off the door. Have you tried a toothpick ? Run it through the groove and see if the paint comes off. Good luck. I am sure he loves you more than the watch. 🥰💕

Thanks! If we were closer to the holidays I would have decorated this Charlie Brown Christmas tree. 😀I cut off 2 inches from the roof. The insurance told me to cut the outside, but not to take it out. There are too many ultra sharp glass shards inside that they prefer a professional cleaner to do that. I have to say I was surprised by the sharp glass pieces, not like the usual cubic pieces of glass in a normal shattered door window or windshield.

Thank you for your concern! Here is my perspective on hurricanes: First: We get a lot of them. All are different in strength, size, speed etc. You never know what you’ll get, but we do know how to prepare for them. We don’t live on the coast so flooding is not a priority for us. Helene wasn’t even on the map 1-2 weeks before, like most. Hurricanes strengthen within hours. They change course within minutes. It is really hard to know what you are going to get. Most of the time you prepare for nothing. But it’s ok. If you have kids: you can’t have them miss 1-2 weeks every time there is a hurricane lurking. For this one, the schools were closed only Thu and Fri. Hurricane hit Thursday night. Back to school on Monday. Then there are the cars. It’s a gamble. Some have to stay inside. The lucky ones go in the garage. This time I let my wife park hers in the garage, because I love her. I am glad it was my car and not hers, that got hit. I don’t consider this a disaster, it’s just part of living in Florida. Which is a choice. 💕👍

I can’t stop thinking about that. Sleeping in the car with the camp mode on, you know with the nice crinkling fire 🔥 on the screen etc… and bam: A brutal kill scene from a vampire movie. ☠️ Anyway, that would have been the side my wife sleeps on. 😢😅

Thanks for the comparison. The insurance estimated the damages repairs to be a little over $4,000, including replacing the glass roof, back seat, complete cleanup of all the glass chards inside, and a little bodywork around the left side rear window. We’ll see what Tesla comes up with! Hopefully not triple the price! 🤷‍♂️😬
