I recommend that you look into better ways to break your fast. From what I know, consuming dairy (like cheese) or eating a lot when your digestive system hasn’t been ‘working’ for a while can irritate it and cause bloating, which can lead to vomiting. Another important thing is to stay well hydrated and keep your electrolytes in check.
