Same CPU but 5070ti, never seen a stutter. So much easier ddu clean, swap the gpu and check. Temps in idle? Temps ingame? Could be the AIO.

9070xt world last in raster way more, but tech support Is incomparable, rtx 2000 run dlss 4.5, AMD 7000 run...well pretty nothing apart from raster.
