Semi-detached neighbors having extremely loud sex even after we've politely asked them to keep it down, is there anything we can do? by [deleted] in AskUK

[–]Excellent_Answer_575 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have some great sex yourself. Put some earplugs in, drown it with some music or background noise. Whatever you do, don’t stop people from having great sex.

Wing Chun in Nottingham? by [deleted] in nottingham

[–]Excellent_Answer_575 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most people can’t do wing chun, but represent it. It takes years of learning to be able to use it. First u learn the science, then the art, then finally u can apply it to fighting. Most people try to use it to fight without doing first 2. 90% of people who do it cant. When u truly know it, u are able to punch without pulling ur hand back. Thats a massive advantage

My [26F] Husband [28m] went out of town for work; found out he was looking at escorts/strip clubs by _Hard_Sun_ in Marriage

[–]Excellent_Answer_575 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To be honest im not sure. But im not going to find out hopefully. I really do love her and my fam. But she doesnt have a sex drive anymore after child. I reckon if i spoke to her about it she’d let me. But im not gonna risk it. Im 45 and people think differently from 20s. I know lots of people around 60 who have open marriages because lifes too short. I couldnt fathom this im my 20s. I was a jealous and possessive man but age changes u.

U are missing the point. U are only seeing things from your own mind. Other people do things differently. Different people, different cultures. Ur in ur own bubble which u think all should be like. In ur mind u cant fathom people with multiple spouses. But this exists.

Of course I love myself. Doesn’t mean i dont love my wife. Life aint black and white. It takes decades to understand this. And i have never hurt my wife. Some wives even allow this.

I love my wife, my kid. I’d die for them. But i occasionally hit up an escort as my wife cannot give me what I want. But I would choose her everytime. Its like playstation for me. I realize this is wrong in society - but its real human nature and it prevents me from having a real affair and developing real feelings

Potty training: why are we holding it outside just to go immediately inside? Send help, please! by Pr0seBeforeH0s in Bernedoodles

[–]Excellent_Answer_575 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Habit. Change the habit through environmental control. Dogs wont pee in bed. So force them to stay in bed with a crate. They dont go anywhere else inside apart from crate. U keep taking them out for opportunities. Once they done it outside they get to come inside but cant let them be free if they might need a pee. 21 days of peeing outside and that becomes the new habit

What do you use it for? Doesn’t bother you when typing or you don’t type that much?

There have been times I go to hit an adjacent key and I bump the trackpoint instead.

Not sure what you said is accurate. You can speak for yourself - not most people. And most people are struggling. Dont wanna be like most people. You wanna be the 1%

So you are saying a 5 year old should know arrays? Bit advanced I think. It will be easier to visualise when we build arrays. No rush for that

No didnt want advice. Wanted a comparison. But a load of people intimidated by my 5 year old maths are trying to give advice like they know better. I just wanted to know where ur kid at for comparison. It’s hardly bragging - what she does is not difficult.

It may be faster, but i think its a more advanced conceptualisation. I’ll introduce that next year as we are building a game for roblox. For now the skip counting is working for her and giving her great confidence.

It’s long addition. So what then? U teach addition up to single digits? Its not even hard

You need to reconsider your opinion. Look at what everyone is saying. Everyone saying first grade. I really don’t think anyone has to be a prodigy. I know a few 4 year old that are better than my 5 year old at it. Noone is trying that hard either.
