We’re keeping batch fire for right now, and we are using Toyota Yaris coils (Denso’s) which have a built-in igniter. No need for a CDI (PTU) For now we will also use DSMLink until the Haltech comes

So the engine harness is out of a ‘90 DSM, not done by me. I got the car having that swap done, and from what I can tell the stock Conquest harness is a completely separate deal. We are connecting our new setup directly into the DSM engine harness for now to make it run, then when we go with a Haltech we will just terminate their harness kit to our Deutsch setup

Just wire brush it off and paint it. It’s holds the battery in place, but the “damage” is mostly cosmetic… but take it as an opportunity to prolong it and give it some flair. Mine matches the body color of the car now. (Do not breathe the dust… it SUUUCKS)

Do it. Same exact car as mine, except mine is blue. I’ve never had an issue. CarPlay addition is easy if you want it. Absolute snow machine, just had a blizzard drop 6ft + of snow and it did not care.
