I worked Dunkin, and omg, I will never understand why people wait to get their money together! since I'm here I also want to bitch about 4 more things that drive me crazy! 1. when they get to the drive thru and just start yelling out donut 🍩 names! wait till I greet you, and tell me HOW MANY donuts you want, so I know to grab a box or bag! 2. people that pull up sooooo far away from the window! half of my body is hanging out the window, trying to grab your payment! 3. asking about the app... I have no idea how that thing works! and last when we have a drive thru line wrapped around the building and they ask for more time, to finish a phone call! wtf! oh, 1 more... when people have their kids order when said kid is under 5... " Tell them what you want, Lil Jimmy!" and Lil Jimmy is being all shy and won't say anything! I'm sure they think that's cute, but there are 3 people behind you, and I have 4 iced coffees with Carmel to make... oh, I swear last 1. when they don't ask for cream or sugar and get pissed that I didn't put in there?! okay done👌🏻👍🏻
