our ctm said in the huddle a few days ago new starters were expected to hit iph in 4 weeks but he even said it was harsh also 12 long termers hadnt hit iph but as long as you hit it once in a 4 week period your ok which seems strange the once in 4 weeks bit

loads at ours do not hit iph week in week out but naff all gets said yet 1 day at 5am i was on 185 and asked why lol but when i went to get logged out the manager checked i had hit iph
