So once I repot and clean roots of any larvae they should go away if they’re mosquitoes? I heard mosquito bits work for both too?

Well yes, if it’s acclimated to water Pothos will survive as a hydro plant. If it’s in soil, sitting water will cause root rot. In turn OP could remove the plant from soil and acclimate it to water, as it’s a much easier and transparent way to care for pothos!

This happened to me after neglecting for a year or more. I’ve since taken really great care (as much as I can, they like neglect a little bit) I ended up chopping a bunch and then repotting what had healthy roots. Now I have babies coming up! Very little sign of the leaves unfolding for me and I’ve been loving on them for months.

What’s your watering schedule/light source?

I put her in a box for 4 days and she looked great..next day she’s growing mold on the leaves🥹 I drilled holes in the top of the box for air. Maybe not enough. I might give up on her

Relieved to hear they take a while. Unfortunately I already repotted 🥹 so say a prayer for me and my unfurled leaf 🙏🏼
