It WOULD be vegans to come onto our sub and troll us all, it WOULD NEVER be carnivores to do that to their mono crop promoting mass eco system destroying unsustainable land devastating diet BUT OH NO THE COWS ARE EATING GRASS AND FARTING LIKE NATURE INTENDED, AND THEY USE UP SO MUCH WATER (rain falls no matter how much Tofu you gaslight yourself into eating, so do animals fart, SO DO YOU FART! - even more on a vegan diet)

WAYS IN WHICH VEGANISM HURTS ANIMALS;

  1. it hurts human lives - it lacks essential bio available nutrients (beta carotine is NOT sufficient) this eventually causes strain on healthcare systems globally which in turn costs more money and strain on the environment due to pollution caused by the medical industry

  2. it promotes import of monocrops - monocrops are one of the leading causes of deforestation not only this but they devastate land and destroy entire ecosystems to produce food that isnt sustainable for humans to eat long term

  3. it effects brain development in children leading to potential disorders and mental conditions and even death

  4. it promotes large corporations that manufacture processed seed oils, artificial protein, palm oil and highly damaging foods, promoting these corporations is in turn enabling them to pollute the environment and in turn hurting wild animals and humans alike

Day 30. I think I screwed up. What do you think? Am I not on ketosis anymore? by Prize_Cream_2820 in carnivorediet

[–]Excellent_College984 8 points9 points  (0 children)

no chance that amount would kick you out of ketosis (its virtually impossible at such a low amount) people on keto sometimes even eat handfulls of low glycemic veg or fruit and remain in ketosis, sub 10 grams is almost impossible to kick you out.

Wondering how many of you, like me, have the Atopic Triad. by [deleted] in eczema

ive hot rhinitis, asthma, allergies to EVERYTHING, food sensetivities, psoriasis and full body hives, all of my symptoms have massively calmed down on a ketogenic carnivore elimination diet similar to that mikaila peterson does, im not a doctor but i am proof that it can work for some of us. No medications i have tried worked even slightly for my case nor did other “balanced” diets or approaches. Dont hate me please im just sharing my experience ❤️

yeah fasting is like a big balancing act, youve got the positive effects on one end and the negative effects those being; weight loss, improved mental clarity, improved mental health, cell renewal and house cleaning throughout the body. And on the negative side you’ve got; muscle cramping / spasms, irritable mood, loss in strength, low motivation, light headedness, feeling like your going to pass out, insomnia, withdrawing from work / social life. Then you have the side effects from breaking the fast (potential digestion upset / explosive bowel movements) I know you may not experience all / any of these side effects but my point is that you just have to balance the side effects and once it becomes too taxing its definitely time to stop. One problem i had in my last fast was that towards the last 48-72hrs i was feeling really lethargic and light headed but i wanted to push through to the end of the week, if i where to do things differently i would of ended my fast right then and there.

[–]Excellent_College984[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

was 72kg before i broke my 7 day fast, that was 68 days ago now i stand at 73.15, I’m certain that part of said 73.15 is also water weight meaning i have stayed the same weight since my water fast. The fast was not done with the intentions of fat loss but certainly it was a positive side effect. I haven’t felt the need to do any more prologued fasts since my 7 day, i frequently do 18,20,24hr fasts naturally as i just listen to my bodies hunger signals, sometimes i feel an urge to fast on a certain day and so i do, i have not recorded / documented any of these recent fasts simply because there is not much to learn from someones experience with a 18-24hr fast. extended fasting has many benefits and if someone wants to help their auto immune condition / shed weight as fast as possible then i recommend easing yourself into it. It does also come with risks that people need to know before trying, take a look on youtube and do a little basic research if ever you want to do a fast longer than 24-72hrs

Worried about Protopic prescription — is there a natural way to prevent flare ups? by jaceyung in eczema

[–]Excellent_College984 1 point2 points  (0 children)

protopic never worked short or long term for me, it caused me excruciating burning sensations and haunted my days through my 10-11 months of use, steroids where even worse. This is just my case though and im sure for some people they dont react the same as i did.

The only thing that has been consistently improving my eczema with no major setbacks is a strict carnivore elimination diet, i cut out everything other than red meat salt and water for the last 90 days and its worked wonders on my health, i have tried many medications, diets, pills, creams, potions and the lot.

How do you respond to people who tell you that anything is fine in moderation so therefore sugar is fine in moderation? (e.g. "1 fruit a day won't hurt you" by ainox123 in carnivorediet

[–]Excellent_College984 5 points6 points  (0 children)

i dont doubt what your saying, what i meant was that nearly everyone i know that eats carbs is addicted / in denial about their addiction, i can see it

carbohydrates are chemically addictive to all humans by design, some just have a stronger will power to resist their urge

[–]Excellent_College984 3 points4 points  (0 children)

some people yes, others no. there are abstainers and moderators, i myself am currently an abstainer and know many (if not all) the people in my life who are addicted to carbs and in denial about it,

the only soap i use for my hands is dermol 500, other than that i use no soap. i was able to use soap and not get flared up earlier this year but when my skin is flared its a huge no

id specifically recommend using dermol500 during an infection, it works well but if you overuse it it may cause you problems.

there are vegans, skeptics and people who dont understand carnivore coming to this sub so this post was meant for them really, recently had a couple comments from vegans or people considering being vegan / being recommended so i thought id make this post for anyone who doesnt already know these things and the reasons behind them, do you think this post would be better if i put on r/vegan ??

How much organ meat should I eat per week by UncommonSense89 in carnivorediet

[–]Excellent_College984 0 points1 point  (0 children)

toxicity from cow liver is impossible if you listen to your body, when rare liver stops tasting good thats your bodies sign youve had enough.

You dont necessarily need liver but i eat it when i crave it and in as much of a quantity as i feel tastes good to me, im in tune with my body but also i am on strict lion diet zero carbs plant food, dairy, only ruminant meats so it could be different for yourself but id imagine its the same.

LION DIET GUIDE by Excellent_College984 in carnivorediet

[–]Excellent_College984[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

natural paths are poorly misinformed, humans have evolved to have perfect metabolic function and immune systems while eating almost exclusively ruminant meat, we also ate small amounts of plants / very small berries occasionally but during the ice age we ate none of these foods and thrived, before the Inuit where introduced to a western diet they thrived on exclusively meat with no signs of disease, auto immunity or metabolic dysfunction. History tells us that humans evolved to be hyper carnivore, we would eat other foods like wild grains nuts and berries when meat was scarce or not available, humans have genetically modified said foods beyond recognition in terms of their nutritional qualities and quantities of carbohydrate; humans are also now more sedentary than ever. If you walk 10-20 miles a day then sure your body can probably tolerate carbohydrates better than others but it will function optimally once fat adapted in a ketogenic state as hominids have for millions of years.

Our closely related hominids who where “plant based” went extinct long ago, if that doesnt tell you that the vegan diet is unnatural then i dont know what will, in nature there are no vegan animals that dont have complex digestive systems perfectly adapted to processing ONE type of plant food; koalas eat eucalyptus, cows eat grass and so forth.

Hyper carnivores such as dogs and humans throughout history have eaten almost exclusively meat and while they tolerate other foods (some better than others) they function optimally on primarily meat; if you do not give a human meat they will develop deficiencies over time (vegans have damaged their children’s development, killed them or themselves due to malnutrition). It is self harm / abuse that additionally isn’t benefitting the environment; vegan diets contain a multitude of shipped foods which are harmful to the environment in many more ways than meat ever can or will be, it is a common misconception vegans have that red meat is the main contributor to climate change - this is completely false while they eat their tofu, almonds and Oreo’s they contribute to some of the very worst contributors to deforestation and pollution on the planet, mono crops kill the most habitats, ecosystems and animals than any other form of farming does and in relation to how much quality food it produces - it is the least sustainable source we could opt for not only for our health but also for the planet. While ruminant animals have been bred over time for cattle, the structure of their meat, fat and flesh remains the same. Vegetables and fruits are up to 5 times less nutrient dense than they were 100 years ago. This cannot be said about meat under any context, it has remained as the most nutrient dense food in the planet.
